Using intelliJuan

intelliJuan provides guides, a tax calendar with optional subscriptions, and a Philippine income-tax comparison calculator for general information and education. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms.

Static site and third-party infrastructure

intelliJuan is delivered as a static website. The calculator and report functions run in your browser, while Cloudflare hosting, CDN, DNS, and security services host and deliver the website.

intelliJuan also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site traffic and performance, and Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to monitor indexing and search performance. These services do not determine, verify, or change any calculator result. Their availability and operation are controlled by their respective providers. Our Privacy Policy explains the information involved.

Not tax, legal, or financial advice

The calculator produces estimates from the figures and assumptions you enter. Those estimates are not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and they are not a tax filing, assessment, or confirmation of eligibility for a tax method.

Tax rules, rates, exemptions, registrations, and individual circumstances can change or differ. You remain responsible for checking your situation and for consulting the Bureau of Internal Revenue or a qualified professional before making a filing or tax decision.

Calendar subscriptions

You may subscribe to our public deadline feeds or import their events for personal or internal informational use. This includes allowing your calendar app or provider to fetch the feeds automatically for subscription updates.

Select only the tax groups relevant to your registration and circumstances. Groups include all listed filings, and some forms are alternatives. Calendar entries use published statutory dates and are not automatically adjusted for weekends, holidays, or non-working days. Confirm your actual filing and payment deadlines, applicable adjustments, and any extensions against current BIR issuances.

The current feeds cover 2026 only and do not automatically roll over to another year. Your calendar provider controls when it fetches updates; corrections may be delayed or fail to appear. Imported files and individually copied events are snapshots, not subscriptions, and need separate updating. Do not rely on an unchanged calendar entry as confirmation that a deadline has not changed.

A subscription does not file a return, make a payment, or confirm tax compliance. intelliJuan does not configure reminders or guarantee notification delivery. You manage your calendar account, visibility, Sync settings, and reminders. Changing tax selections creates a different subscription; remove overlapping subscriptions if needed to avoid duplicates. Your responsibility

If you use the calculator, you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any figures you enter and for how you use the resulting estimates. Do not rely on intelliJuan as your only source for a tax decision.

Acceptable use

You may use the website for personal or internal informational purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the site, its security, or another visitor's use of it;
• attempt to access restricted systems or collect information through automated means without permission; or
• copy, republish, or commercially exploit site content in a way that infringes applicable rights.

Content and external links

Unless stated otherwise, the website's content, design, and branding belong to intelliJuan or are used with permission.

Links to third-party websites, including Facebook, LinkedIn, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Department of Trade and Industry, the National Privacy Commission, and other government or reference resources, are provided for sharing, reference, or convenience. Guide-sharing links send the guide's public URL to the selected platform.

When you follow an external link, you leave intelliJuan and become subject to the destination site's terms and privacy practices. intelliJuan does not control or endorse third-party services merely by linking to them, and it is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, or content. Confirm official requirements directly with the relevant agency or provider.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, including its tools and content. Access may also be interrupted by maintenance, network conditions, or an outage affecting Cloudflare, Google, or another service provider.

We may revise these terms when the site, its providers, or applicable requirements change. The updated date above will show when a revision takes effect.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, intelliJuan is not liable for losses or decisions arising from reliance on the website's estimates, content, availability, or linked resources.
